This newly available harvest of our ever-popular Ya Shi Xiang "Duckshit" oolong is from a September harvest. We have never offered a fall-harvested version before, as it's only been recently made available by our tea -growing friends in Guandong.
It's still the same classic duckshit flavor that we all know and love, but with some slight differences, part of which is due to less time spent roasting the tea in processing versus the spring harvest. This is also reflected in the cost, as the fall harvest is slightly less labor-intensive.
