This mao cha, or unpressed pu-erh tea, is from big, older tea trees growing at 2100m altitude in Lincang, southwest Yunnan, on a lesser-known mountain called Ming Feng Shan.
This high-quality sheng puerh has a rich taste with floral and fruit notes and a long-lasting aftertaste, and will last for many infusions.
Harvested in late March to early April of 2023 and lightly aged since, this tea is excellent for drinking now, or for further aging.
