Newly back in stock for 2023! A most excellent example of the Fuding region's famed Bai Mu Dan tea, best known as White Peony, this one is a premium grade, with a picking standard of one bud and one newly-opened leaf.
It's grown at 1300m above sea level on Jiu Feng Shan mountain in the north of China's Fujian province. The tea is grown organically, and certified organic by EU and NOP standards.
Floral up front, with a lingering sweet aftertaste and lively energetic qualities, this is a very enjoyable white tea!
