A lightly aged and exceedingly tasting white tea cake, this was made from Gong Mei, which is typically placed between Bai Mu Dan (White Peony), and Shou Mei, in terms of quality related to picking standards.
The tea is smooth, refreshing, and like many white teas, tends to develop a darker color as the tea undergoes successive infusions. There is just a hint of black tea-ish maltiness that will continue to develop as the tea ages.
