A wonderful one-bud, one-leaf green tea picked in a high mountain garden in Zhejiang before the annual qingming rains. Taste and appearance-wise, this tea is reminiscent of Anji Bai Cha, but instead of taking on a whitish color when brewed, it takes on a golden hue.
We recommend brewing this between 175-185f.
