Picked before the qingming rains, high in the mountains of Tai Ping County in Anhui Province, this is a truly remarkable green tea of rare quality.
It can be brewed in a tall glass, in a small teapot, or whichever method you choose. It almost completely lacks astringency and holds up to repeated brewings, serving up a fresh, sweet, vegetetal taste again and again with every steep.
