Made from naturally growing old trees of 100-300 years in a pristine forested environment in the area of Lincang, Yunnan, this is a richly flavored black tea that yields a robust caramel and cane sweetness in its brew, with a complexity that unravels over the course of several steeps.
This tea has been certified organic, and is a very high quality tea in Yunnan's famed Dian Hong style.
We recommend brewing this at 190-200f. Spring 2022 harvest.
