Imperial Golden Bud Black Tea of Mojiang
An amazingly fragrant and sweet black tea with caramel and malt notes, this is a relative rarity not to be passed over.
This one is best brewed with a flash rinse, followed by a series of short steeps. It also benefits from a slightly cooler temperature (195˚f/90˚c) than other black teas, to best bring out its flavor and aromatic qualities.
