Premium Cui Ming Yunnan Green tea
An exceptionally tasty and mouth-watering green tea picked in the early spring of 2018 at high altitudes. Brewing this results in an emerald green tea soup, with sweet, lightly vegetal, and chestnut notes. Altogether, a very well-rounded green suited for daily drinking.
We recommend brewing this at between 170-180f, perhaps going just a touch heavier on the amount used versus other green teas if brewing western style.
