Premium Dragonwell Long Jing Green Tea
Grown in the famed West Lake district near Hangzhou, Zhejiang, this premium Dragonwell tea was picked early in the springtime, before the Qing Ming holiday. We chose this one to bring to our customers out of many other Long Jing types, as we felt this had the optimum balance between sweetness, savory umami qualities, and the "roasted chestnut" aroma that Dragonwell is most famous for.
An excellent example of a classic Long Jing, this is best brewed between 170-180f, either in a gaiwan, in a mug using a mesh infuser, or our favorite- the "tall glass" method.
